We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised by the availability of our room at Elite, even though check-in wasn't until later in the day. the reception staff were extremely courteous and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants. the standout was the outstanding breakfast buffet, offering a wonderful selection of dishes. the hotel's location, just a short 5-minute walk from the train station, was perfect. we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. Cons: Nothing to mention.

The location was perfect with the Turning Torso just a mile away and the central station nearby, couldn't have asked for anything better here, no complaints at all.

It is indeed very close to the train station and the centre of Malmo.
The air in the room was quite stiffed and as the window was towards the main street, during the night (Friday) there was a lot of noise coming from the nightclub nearby and done by the young drunk Swedes. Not the very best, pleasent atmosphere when one is new in town.

We had an excellent stay at Elite Hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all the main attractions in no time. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The reception staff was professional and accommodating. We even got an early check-in, which was very convenient. The retro style of the hotel added charm to our stay. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Quite cosy room, very quiet hotel. It takes 3 minuts from central station and 5 minuts from the central square with bars and restaurants.
The big road adjacent to the hotel. Непосредственно рядом с отелем пролегает догора с достаточно интенсивным движением.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod because it offers extensive conference facilities to cater to the needs of business travelers. The property has a business center and meeting rooms for small groups, which were perfect for my work requirements. Additionally, the staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated office space or a co-working area within the hotel premises. It would have been convenient to have a quiet workspace where I could focus on my tasks without any distractions.

We had a great stay, clean rooms, fantastic location in the center of the town.
Breakfast might have been a bit richer.

I liked the location near the old city and that I could also walk to the central station
The window of my room was rather close to next house, but then again it is an old building and the plus is that there were no cars because the street is narrow in an old style

The rooms at Elite Hotel Residens are elegantly styled and provide a comfortable and relaxing setting to unwind after a long day. They have a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee facilities, which make it easy to relax and enjoy some downtime. The rooms are individually furnished and include amenities like free WiFi, safes, and room service. This attention to detail really makes you feel at home and ensures a hassle-free stay.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the city view from my room at Elite Hotel Residens. However, I understand that some people might still find it enjoyable to see the hustle and bustle of the city.
